Adrian Horn is Program Manager of the Maine Apprenticeship Program at the Maine Department of Labor, where he partners with employers, educators, and workforce organizations to expand registered apprenticeships and strengthen pathways for young people into high-demand careers.

His leadership experience spans the U.S. Marine Corps, technology, international trade, advanced manufacturing, and workforce development, including roles at Apple, Modula, and the Maine International Trade Center. As part of Maine’s team in the national Future Ready American Apprenticeship initiative, he works to advance industry-driven, scalable apprenticeship models that connect education with meaningful careers.
