Apprentice 101 is an interactive pre-conference session hosted by PAYA for organizations and leaders newer to youth apprenticeship work. Participants explore foundational concepts and terminology, core components of high-quality apprenticeship systems, and practical implementation insights from experienced intermediaries and practitioners. Separate registration is required and space is limited.

Site Visits are exclusive, behind-the-scenes tours of leading employers and education partners hosting youth apprenticeship programs, taking place Wednesday, November 18, from approximately 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM. Available only as part of a Site Visit Bundle, spots are limited to 50 attendees per location (100 for Cherry Creek Innovation Campus) and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Bundle holders will be invited to select their preferred location at a later date, closer to the Summit.

Site visit registration is a two-step process. When you register today, you're securing a general spot for the site visits — not selecting a specific location. You'll receive an email at a later date to choose your preferred site. Location selection is first-come, first-served and strictly limited by bus capacity.
