Alexandra Peek is Vice President of Product and Technology at CareerWise USA, a national nonprofit that expands youth apprenticeship and work-based learning. She manages CareerWise’s product, IT, and cybersecurity departments.

She also leads the product team behind PathWiseIQ, CareerWise’s AI-powered apprenticeship platform, which supports the full apprenticeship journey from recruiting students to helping employers build and manage their programs.

Alexandra took a non-traditional path into product. She spent years in large-scale event and conference operations, then moved through digital marketing and technology leadership. That range shapes how she builds: practical, people-first, and focused on what actually works for apprentices, employers, and the staff who support them. She leads CareerWise’s AI initiatives and wants AI to make apprenticeship easier to start and easier to grow.
