Ali Sillas, LCSW, is Director of Youth Behavioral Health & Wellbeing at Future Focused Education in New Mexico, where she leads the Community Care Collective.

With over 15 years of social work experience, she partners with young people, schools, employers, and higher education to co-design paid career pathways that advance youth leadership, belonging, and purpose while preparing participants to strengthen behavioral health and wellbeing in their communities. Her approach connects culturally responsive practices, mentorship, and peer support to make school and work places where young people experience care, build meaningful relationships, and contribute their expertise. She is also a proud mama of five.
