Ashley Carter

Founder and Principal, Pathfinder Strategies

Ashley Carter is the founder and principal of Pathfinder Strategies, where she partners with states, sector intermediaries, and philanthropic organizations to build workforce systems that respond to real employer demand while expanding access and success for students and jobseekers.

Her work includes multi-year technical assistance to statewide sector intermediaries, support to regional partnerships funded through the federal Good Jobs Challenge, and co-leading the Industry-Led Talent Initiative. She was previously the founding COO of CareerWise Colorado and a consultant with Boston Consulting Group. She also founded Daring Girls, a nonprofit recognized with UNESCO's Prize for Girls' and Women's Education.
