Becca Huntting

Vice President of Impact, CareerWise

Becca Huntting is Vice President of Impact at CareerWise, a national nonprofit expanding youth apprenticeship systems, where she leads research, evaluation, and data strategy.

A qualitative researcher by training, she previously held roles at CareerWise New York and NYU and is co-author of Working for a Future: Equity and Access in Work-Based Learning for Young People (Palgrave Macmillan, 2024). Today she partners with leading research institutions, employers, and state leaders to build the evidence base for youth apprenticeship and to show how it can become a lasting part of how young people start their careers.
