Claire J. Fiddian-Green is President & CEO of the Richard M. Fairbanks Foundation, a private foundation awarding grants in Indianapolis, Indiana.

She serves on the board of directors for numerous community organizations, including CEOs of Indiana Corporate Partnership, the Indy Chamber, and Regenstrief Institute. She is the co-chair of CEMETS iLab Indiana, a coalition of leaders seeking to build the Indiana Career Apprenticeship Pathway, a new professional education and training pathway in Indiana. In 2024, she was appointed co-chair of the Education Committee for the 2026 NCAA Men’s Final Four Local Organizing Committee.
