Conor Freeley

Director of External Engagement, CareerWise

Conor Freeley is the Director of External Engagement for CareerWise, where he focuses on stakeholder engagement, labor outreach, legislative advocacy, and coalition building for expanding youth apprenticeship nationwide.

Prior to joining CareerWise, Conor managed high-level logistics on two presidential campaigns and was a presidential appointee in the Biden-Harris Administration the US Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration (ETA). As an advisor at ETA, Conor managed stakeholder outreach, speechwriting, and international initiatives for the office of the Assistant Secretary, including the historic, bi-lateral US-Austria MOU on Apprenticeship.
