Devon Spaulding

Director of Human Resources, Title IX Coordinator, Garfield County School District RE-2

Devon Spaulding serves as the Director of Human Resources for the Garfield Re-2 School District.

With four years in her current role, Devon brings over a decade of HR leadership experience, including eight years as the Human Resources Manager for a non-profit community health center in Western Colorado. A fifth-generation Garfield County resident, Devon is deeply rooted in the Western Slope and proud to raise her children in the very school district she attended. She is dedicated to fostering high-quality education through the recruitment and retention of exceptional talent, driven by a passion for community connection, service, and operational efficiency.
