Janet Bray brings a unique perspective and vision to best practices for connecting education and industry for a relevant, skilled workforce.

Janet served as Executive Director of the Association for Career and Technical Education, representing professionals across the U.S. She provided leadership on education and workforce issues and directed the strategic public policy and awareness efforts of the association. She is Senior Advisor to the National Association of Workforce Boards and provides expertise and knowledge on workforce training/apprenticeship grants. Janet served as Executive Director of the Coalition for Career Development Center, focused on strengthening efforts to ensure students have access to career readiness programs.
