Kai Zander is the Director of Learning Solutions at CareerWise USA. She designs live workshops and asynchronous micro lessons for apprentices and their supervisors.

Her work draws on spaced repetition, the neuroscience of engagement, and scaffolded learning. She uses these principles to help Gen Z and Gen Alpha learners grow in durable skills, AI, financial literacy, and social capital. Before CareerWise, Kai worked at HCL Technologies, Discovery Education, Vogue Magazine, and MTV Networks.
