Kathy Gannon serves as Partnership Manager and Apprenticeship Program Supervisor for Township High School District 214 in suburban Chicago.

She leads employer partnership development and supports the district's role as a Registered Apprenticeship intermediary. Since 2018, the program has grown from four apprentices in three occupations to 57 apprentices across 21 occupations, partnering with 35 employers. Kathy brings a unique perspective to workforce development through her background as an elementary educator and former business owner. She holds a Master of Education from National Louis University and is passionate about building collaborative partnerships that connect education, industry, and career opportunities.
