Maggie Howard

Director of CCMR, CTE, and P-TECH, Elgin ISD

Maggie Howard is an education leader and fourth-generation educator serving as Director of CCMR, CTE, and P-TECH at Elgin ISD.

A former CTE teacher, coordinator, and director, Maggie brings experience spanning the classroom and district leadership. She leads initiatives focused on career pathways, dual credit, industry partnerships, work-based learning, workforce readiness, and accountability. Her work extends through regional and statewide efforts connecting education, higher education, industry, and community partners. Maggie holds an M.Ed. in Educational Psychology from Texas A&M University, where she is currently pursuing an Ed.D. in Educational Administration.
