Marissa Ulrich is the Director of Leadership & Cultural Development at Patrick Industries, where she oversees and drives the company’s youth apprenticeship program.

Launched with three apprentices in 2024, the program now has 14 current apprentices and successful alumni working full time at Patrick, with plans to expand beyond Indiana in 2027. She also oversees the Impact Leadership Development Program for recent college graduates and coaches individual leaders and teams across Patrick’s 85+ brand portfolio.
