Marshall Behringer

Manager, Partnerships and Consulting Services, UW Health WorkForward

Marshall serves as the Manager of Partnerships and Consulting Services at UW Health WorkForward, an employer-led intermediary in the healthcare apprenticeship space.

Initially trained as a classroom teacher, Marshall's career has spanned ed tech, career and technical education, civil service, and now youth-focused workforce development. In his current role, Marshall helps organizations design and implement programs that help young people explore and prepare for careers in healthcare. In his previous work with UW Health, he built one of the largest healthcare youth apprenticeship programs in the United States.
