Rana Tarkenton

Rana Tarkenton is CEO of The Attainment Network, where she leads efforts to strengthen connections among education, workforce, and industry to expand economic opportunity for learners and communities.

With more than 20 years of experience in education and nonprofit leadership, Rana brings expertise in strategic collaboration, systems change, and organizational development. Previously, she served as Chief Operating Officer of the Denver Scholarship Foundation, founding Executive Director of Strategic Impact at CU Denver, and led statewide college access initiatives for the Colorado Department of Higher Education. She holds a bachelor's degree from Trinity University and a master's degree from Harvard University.
