Sean Grubb

Global Technical Training Director, CoorsTek

Sean Grubb is the Global Technical Training Director at CoorsTek, based in Golden, Colorado.

He has more than 28 years of experience with CoorsTek, including 20+ years as a Plant Manager. Over the last eight years he established The CoorsTek Academy and introduced numerous workforce development programs, including earn and learn and youth apprenticeship initiatives. Mr. Grubb leads the Training Academy and a regional hands-on advanced manufacturing training center, partnering with local schools and workforce programs to recruit and train the next generation of advanced manufacturing and CNC/machining professionals.
