Stephanie Klein builds apprenticeship ecosystems that actually work. As Senior Director of Business Partnerships at CareerWise Colorado, she connects young people to living-wage careers while helping Colorado employers solve the talent pipeline challenges that keep them up at night.

Stephanie’s work spans employer engagement, sector mobilization, and program design across industries including advanced manufacturing, automotive, and healthcare. She guides employers all the way from a first conversation to a fully running apprenticeship cohort, and she leads complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives spanning grant deployment, curriculum co-design, policy alignment, and business development.

Before joining CareerWise, Stephanie spent more than 20 years running a Colorado recruiting firm, which gives her a rare, ground-level understanding of what employers actually need.
