Traci Marques is Founder and Principal of Reimagining Workforce Strategies and a Senior Advisor to the National Association of Workforce Boards (NAWB).

As former Executive Director of Colorado’s Pikes Peak Workforce Center, she led workforce strategies serving urban and rural communities. Today, she brings local experience to national initiatives, helping workforce boards connect businesses, education, and community partners to expand career pathways and economic opportunity. Her work focuses on practical solutions that prepare people and businesses for the future of work.
