Vanessa Bennett

Senior Director, Center for Apprenticeship and Work-Based Learning, Jobs for the Future

Vanessa Bennett is a senior director with the Center for Apprenticeship & Work-Based Learning at Jobs for the Future (JFF).

Her work expands access to economic mobility for workers and learners through policy and the expansion of apprenticeship and work-based learning programs. At JFF, she leads the Center’s rural work, advances programs serving youth and young adults, and leads the team’s service to career pathways portfolio. Previously, she spent six years at YouthBuild USA, leading national service initiatives, developing career pathways for opportunity youth, and coaching local programs. She began her career in direct services in rural New Hampshire and holds a Master of Public Administration from Northeastern University.
